Fit With Fido is a 45-minute fitness class for you and your dog to do together. The class will include cardio, plyometrics and core. Both you and your dog will get a workout, and you and your dog will practice basic commands.
The classes are $17, and you need to pre-register. We’ve listed some upcoming classes, below, and added them to our incredible pet calendar, but make sure check for updates at fitwithfidoclt.com, and register for the classes.
Dogs must be vaccinated for rabies and DHP Combo (titer accepted.) Bordetella vaccine is preferred. You’ll need to either bring proof of vaccination or send it to Fit With Fido in advance.
Also, please bring a leash, training treats, water for your dog, a towel or yoga mat for yourself, and just one dog.
